General Guidelines About Conversations, Messages, Comments, Postings and Emails

• Be respectful of other users. Advance conversations in a constructive manner and be respectful and sensitive of cultural differences.
• Participate on our site. To get the most from our site you must participate, leave a travel comment.

• Don't spam messages.

Member Conduct

• You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your MingleJet username.
• You may not bully, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other MingleJet users or the MingleJet administrators
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
• You may not upload, post, email, or transmit any content that you do not have the right or permission to do so.
• You are solely responsible for the content, and information that you transmit on the MingleJet website.
• You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• You will not collect or store personal information about other users.
• You will not transmit any, trojans, worms, viruses or spyware to the Website or the Service.
• You are not allowed to transmit any unwanted messages to any MingleJet members.
• You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is obscene, vulgar, harmful, or hateful.
• You are not allowed to transmit or upload any form of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.
• You will not develop or operate a third party application containing, or advertise or otherwise market alcohol-related or other mature content without appropriate age-based restrictions.
• You will not create or utilize a proxy site or program for the purposes of bypassing any of MingleJet's security features, nor in order to utilize the Website or the Service for personal material gain without the express written permission of MingleJet.
• You are not allowed to use the Service or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• International users agree to comply with their respective local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You will not upload any pornographic material.
• You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
• You will not personally nor use software, hardware or other means in order to replicate any or all of the Website and/or Service
• You will not steal, borrow or copy any of MingleJet's XML, code, or other intellectual property which forms the basis and mechanism of the Website and Service.
• MingleJet is a family friendly site and any adult "Content" will be removed.
• Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your account.

• MingleJet users must provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments that you the user make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

• MingleJet reserve the right to terminate your Service without notice at any time for any reason.

• The MingleJet service is a Venue for our users. Our Service does not include the introduction of users to one another. The MingleJet service is merely a venue for users to learn about one another. We are not involved in the actual contact between users. As a result, MingleJet has no control over the conduct of our users or the truth or accuracy of the information that users post on the Website.
• Because MingleJet does not control interactions among between members and other persons or companies, and because we cannot guarantee the true identity, age, nationality of Service users, and because we have very limited control, if any, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of various aspects of the Service you the user agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release us (and our officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, and third party partners) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your transactions with third-party providers or suppliers, and/or our resolution of any disputes among users.
