Rental Car Rules, Policies and Disclaimers

"Daily rates imply a 24-hour reservation period. Weekly rates imply a 7-day reservation period consisting of seven consecutive, 24-hour days. You could be charged additional fees for cars returned at a different time or date from the original reservation.

Taxes, insurance, gas and extra equipment are not included in the base rate.
Unlimited mileage rates have no restrictions on the number of miles you are allowed to drive. However, certain geographic restrictions regarding unlimited mileage might apply. Miles per day rates specify a maximum number of miles that you are allowed to accumulate. A per mile fee will be charged for any additional miles.
Desk Hours of Operation: Some rental desks may have limited hours.
Minimum/Maximum Rental Period: May be applicable.
Extra charges: Extra hour, day, or week charges may be applicable.
Drop-off charges: May be applicable.
Taxes and Fees: Will vary.
Minimum/Maximum Age Limit: Renters under the age of 25 or over the age of 65 may want to contact the car rental agency directly as additional rules or restrictions may be applicable.
Additional Drivers: May incur additional fees. Inquire at pick up.
Drivers must:
Meet age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license.
Present a credit card in the driver's name. Debit cards are not accepted at pick up.
Other restrictions: Some rates may apply only to cars picked up within 24 hours of the arrival time shown on an airline boarding pass or ticket. If you require a pick up time outside of that timeframe, please contact the car rental agency to confirm they will honor your reservation.
Falsifying information may void company liability and you may be responsible for any damages or injuries that may incur."
